Please feel free to visit us at any of our locations to get started or download our registration document and complete your application online or submit it to our Administrator at the desired location to gain our child care services.

Submit your application online for admissions to Kiddies Klubhouse Learning Center.

Download the Medical form to be completed and signed by a medical doctor and submitted to Kiddies Klubhouse Learning Center.
We shall process your admission and update you with our final decision within 30 days of receiving payment and all documentation.
